Kyle Brady Signed To Patriots

According to the Florida-Times Union, Kyle Brady has signed a contract with the Patriots.  The deal is 2 years, worth $5.3 million, with a $2 million signing bonus.

“My whole thing was to go out and find a team that wanted me and would show that by the contract they were offering.  Plus, a team that’s within reach of a Super Bowl, and this one always seems to be among the AFC elite.”

Kyle Brady is a solid replacement to Daniel Graham.  A first round draft pick in 1995, Brady shows soft hands, but is one of the best blocking tight ends in the league (and most definately the free agent crop, possibly second to Daniel Graham himself).
